Redistricting Commission Info Session & Workshop

The applications for Colorado’s redistricting commissions are open and the deadline to apply is November 10, 2020.

As of today, there are 181 applicants – only six self-identify as African-American.

CBWPA and All On The Line (AOTL) are partnering to demystify the commission process here in Colorado! Guest speaker Olivia Mendoza (AOTL CO State Director) will join us to provide more information on the commission and walk thru the application due 11/10!

You can help make history by serving as one of the commissioners on this citizen-led process to draw congressional or legislative maps. If you’re interested in applying to join the commission — or just want to be a well-informed activist for fair maps — sign up to join this information session!!

Serving on the redistricting commission is a once-in-a-decade opportunity to help shape the future of our state. The maps drawn in 2021 will determine how Coloradans are represented in the state legislature and Congress for the next ten years!!
