Join us for our be well Boards and Commissions Fair on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at 6:00 pm. The city and state are continually looking for qualified candidates to serve on hundreds of boards and commissions that oversee a wide range of subjects.
Serving on boards and commissions is a tremendous opportunity for residents to help govern and improve the lives of Coloradans and the health of communities.
Fair Agenda:
– Brief video on Boards and Commissions
– Keynote speaker Leanne Wheeler to discuss “Why Citizen Leadership is Key to the success of the Community”
– Walk through how to complete an application
– Panel discussion: Includes representatives from city and state boards & commissions offices.
